100 kilos. Two journeys. One method.
I’m Harsh Rajpal — founder of Twice the Lean. The climb, the fall that took it all back, and the climb that stayed.
The first climb.
A few years ago I was overweight and unhealthy — carrying 50% more weight than I should have, with poor nutrition and worse habits. It got bad enough to affect my life, mentally and physically.
Tired and desperate for change, I went all in: 120 kg to 70 kg in under 11 months. But I did it every wrong way there is — crash diets, random supplements, punishment. Some of it “worked.” None of it was right. And deep down, I hadn’t learned a thing.
A road accident. 18 months in bed.
I watched every kilo I’d fought for come back — and bring more with it. All the way to 130 kg. Heavier than where I’d started, waiting every single day for the chance to climb again.
The climb that stayed.
The day I could stand again, I grabbed it. But this time I refused to guess. I studied everything — certifications from world-renowned institutes, honest training, real food, habits built to survive bad weeks.
130 kg to 81 kg — and the healthiest I’ve ever been. The second journey didn’t just change my body. It became the method: everything we now coach, every plan we build, comes from what the second climb taught me that the first one couldn’t.
Watch the whole journey.
I didn’t just live it. I studied it.
I’m not coaching you only because I transformed. Behind every plan is a decade of evidence-based education — from some of the most respected names in nutrition and strength science, across four continents.
Your story could be next.
I’ve been on both sides of this. If you’re ready for the version that stays, we’ll do it together — week by week.
